Ladies and Gentlemen,

the effect of Article 2 of the dl. May 27 2008 was introduced by the Government with the charge of replacing 10% on overtime, with some modifications and was extended to the entire 2009, 2010 and now also from 2011 (Annex 1
). This application has no burden to the company, which only has to declare that the extraordinary increase productivity, but is beneficial to the worker: The SCAI has applied in 2008, in 2010 but not in 2009 (?) .
Until the Department provides us with the reasons why in 2008 and 2010 were related to the extraordinary productivity gains in 2009 and no, thus preventing the colleagues who have done extraordinary work to bring home later this month for a few euro more, ask the company:

to ensure that the gentlemen in question may recover additional taxes paid by income tax return 2011 (

  • ) - the extra 20% on overtime hours in excess of the eighth week. In other words, the first 8 hours of overtime per week are paid a bonus of 15%, while all those hours must be paid in excess of the eighth with an increase of 20%.
On this point ask the second direction:
check and fix the first floor (it seems that the ninth hour is not "intercepted" by the application on which the final balance) so as not to force our colleagues in excess 8 hours of overtime per week to report them via e-mail or call the Administration.
